EFS Launches Facilities Management Blog

Welcome to the Enterprise Facility Solutions blog!  We will use this forum to post articles and opinions on all sorts of topics related to the design, construction and operational management of multi-site building portfolios.  If you work for, or support, any organization that falls within the definition of a multi-site, this blog is for you!

For the purposes of this blog, a multi-site building portfolio can be defined as follows: a grouping of facilities, usually separated by some distance, all of which are used to perform similar activities under a consistent brand identity.  These buildings are typically owned, leased and/or operated by a single organization and serve as a means to deliver that organization’s products and services to customers.  This can include: retailers, convenience stores, restaurants, telecommunications and healthcare – just to name a few.
